Summer 2025 Internship Information
- Realworld hands on experience in the marketing technology industry (80% of work in internship role and 20% of internship with professional development/webinars/activities)
- InPerson in our San Francisco office (Tuesday Wednesday Thursday in office)
- June 17th through August 22nd
- $22/hour
- Full Time 40 hours per week
- Weekly lunches and social gatherings in office
- Speaker Series with subject matter experts across Zeta
The Publisher Solutions team is responsible for developing and delivering innovative products that empower publishers to succeed in the digital landscape and includes products such as the Disqus commenting system and our SupplySide Platform (SSP) for publishers to monetize their content. As a Software Engineer Intern on the Publisher Solutions team you will work on a lean and agile team with the potential to make a large impact. Youll work closely with our engineers to design develop and deploy new features and functionality that drive real value for our publisher partners.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Design develop and deploy new features and functionality for our publisherfacing products
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (e.g. product design) to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall codebase
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Write clean efficient and welldocumented code that adheres to industry standards and company best practices
- Develop and maintain unit tests and integration tests to ensure highquality code
Work closely with senior engineers to learn from their expertise and gain handson experience with new technologies and tools
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related field
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals including data structures algorithms and software design patterns
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g. Python JavaScript Java)
- Experience with web development technologies (e.g. HTML CSS React)
- Familiarity with database concepts and data storage solutions (e.g. relational databases)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong interest in learning and growing as a software engineer
