Job Description
Job Summary:
Under moderate supervision the Research Manager at the Detroit Recovery Project is responsible for overseeing and managing research initiatives data collection analysis and reporting efforts. The Research Manager will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive evidencebased decisionmaking and contribute to the organizations goals and objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Design and develop research studies including defining research questions hypotheses and methodologies.
Develop data collection tools surveys and instruments as needed.
Oversee data collection ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
Analyze research data using appropriate statistical methods and software.
Prepare comprehensive research reports presentations and summaries of findings.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate research findings into project strategies.
Contribute to the development of research proposals and grant applications.
Stay current with relevant research literature and industry trends.
Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards in research activities.
Other duties as may be assigned

Assist in maintaining organization wide quality standards

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in a relevant field Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in research coordination design and analysis.
