Join Our Team as a KIA Service Advisor!Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and automotive expertise Were looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at the largest KIA service department in Virginia Maryland West Virginia North Carolina and Washington D.C. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the service department
Clearly explain repairs and service needs to customers
Advise customers on necessary service work ensuring their vehicles are safe and wellmaintained
Maintain national averages for Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
UtilizeDealertrack and Xtime software to streamline service processes (experience is a plus!)
What Were Looking For:
Strong communication skills and a customerfocusedattitude
Ability to explain complex automotive issues in an understandable manner
Experience in the automotive service industry preferred
A team player who thrives in a fastpaced environment
