SchoolBased Clinical Supervisor needed in Boardman OR

Salary and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $54365 $99185 based on experience and/or license

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday (8:00am 5:00pm)
- Supervise and support schoolbased clinicians to ensure high clinical standards.
- Ensure use of evidencebased practices (EBPs) and positive clinical outcomes.
- Oversee timely and professional completion of clinical documentation.
- Manage utilization reviews and access to higher levels of care.
- Coordinate with schools and community partners for seamless service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies OARs and contractual obligations.
- Lead or attend meetings communicate with the public and represent the agency.
Requirements:
Clinical Supervisor I:
- Masters degree from an accredited university in psychology sociology or a related human services field
- Minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience delivering clinical services
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
Clinical Supervisor II:
- Active licensure as LCSW LPC or LMFT
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field preferred
