Survival Flight is now accepting resumes for a fulltime Communications Specialist position in Batesville AR. The Communications Specialist is responsible for receiving coordinating and following through to conclusion all requests for Survival Flight by following established protocols and procedures. The schedule consists of 12hour shifts working 3 days on 4 days off then 4 days on 3 days off.

Requirements:
- Previous dispatching experience; medical dispatching preferred
- Twoway radio proficiency
- Effective communication and speaking skills
- Strong ability to multitask and think critically under stressful situations
- EMT/EMD certification required
