Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Salespeople & continue toBuild relationships & create customers for life. Assist your Salespeople in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Your priority is to sell cars make gross profit and ensure a successful Sales Department operation.
- Be the vehicle expert. Your Salespeople rely on you. Know the ins & the outs of product offerings optional packages & latest technology
- Assist your Salespeople while they Perform highquality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Followup with all potential buyers to ensure a sale repeat & referral business.
- train Sales Team how to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Direct report to the General Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses.
- Bring your A game & positive attitude with you every day
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional wellgroomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a preemployment background check & drug screen
