What You Will Do
Reviews researches and evaluates complaints and inquiries.
Prioritizes concerns in multiple or complex issues.
Oversees referral investigation and resolution of complaints.
May respond to government or regulatory complaints.
Responds to government or regulatory agencies as appropriate. Identifies problems and works with those involved to implement changes and solutions.
Follows CMS guidelines.
Documents 100% of complaints received.
Provides data for centralized database of patient complaints and assists with reporting of patient satisfaction/patient complaints as requested.
Acts as an Advocate for patients
Acts as a liaison between patients staff and physicians.
Serves as resource person for hospital staff medical staff and physicians office staff.
Performs other duties as assigned.
