Incentives: $10000 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit
Schedule:MondayFriday
Compensation:Salaried starting at $74000 and up commensurate with experience PLUS $5000 Signon Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program
Banner Phyiscal Therapy seeking a fulltime Hand TherapistOTR for ouroutpatient orthopedic center located in Gilbert AZ. We can mentor an occupational therapist aspiring to be a certified hand therapist. We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the evaluation plan of care treatment reevaluation discharge and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.
- Develop treatment plans supervise assistants and aides contribute to case management and provide quality patient care.
- Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
- Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB clinician expertise patient perception).
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an AOTA accredited school of Occupational Therapy and state OT License required
- Experience in the application of custom splinting pre and postop orthopedics is required
- CardioPulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Valid drivers license
