The Opportunity
We are seeking a detailoriented and adaptable Operations Associate to support both internal and external customers by managing inventory processing orders organizing the warehouse barcoding and deinstalling equipment.
As our business operates 24/7/365 this role requires participation in an oncall rotation to support afterhours business needs ensuring continuous operational support and responsiveness to urgent requirements.
This role combines both mental and physical tasks offering a dynamic and engaging work experience. The ideal candidate should have strong computer and typing skills as we use custom business management software for daily operations. Some travel including outofstate trips with potential overnight stays may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize hand tools and mechanical knowledge to disassemble medical imaging systems for parts harvesting and inventory
- Work with hand tools to build custom shipping crates and storage solutions
- Follow Manufacturer disassembly and safety procedures where applicable to protect from injury and preserve inventory
- Handle store and manage inventory in compliance with Company and ISO 13485 standards
- Assist with inventory change requests cycle counts and writeoff management
- Prepare package and ship items according to customer requirements
- Operate forklifts and hand trucks safely and efficiently
- Support deinstallation of medical equipment as needed
- Follow and assist in Lean and 5S initiatives to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to optimize workflows and meet performance targets
- Maintain our ISO 13485 compliance by following processes and relevant work instructions. You may be asked to create review and update work instructions related to your role to support clear and streamlined workflows
- Participate in the oncall rotation as needed
Knowledge Skills and Abilities youll need for this opportunity:
- HS Diploma/GED required
- 13 Years Warehouse/Order fulfillment experience
- Proven ability to work with a variety of hand tools
- Forklift training preferred
- Quality/ISO experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fastpaced office/warehouse setting and handle multiple highpriority tasks simultaneously.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Good mechanical abilities and handson problemsolving skills.
- Familiarity with warehousing operations and inventory control.
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record.
- Ability to travel as needed (domestically)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central is a plus
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods
- Ability to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds
