Job Description
- Assign court time and handling of cash receipts and assist with program registrations.
- Assign courts to players for open time donated courts private & group lessons in computerized reservation system as well as assisting patrons with program registrations and program offerings.
- Assist in answering general phone inquiries regarding reservations prices & information and program offerings.
- Serve as information center for patrons providing them with pertinent information and changes regarding procedures and registration for tennis programs.
- Collect monies and record same for open time and teaching programs.
- Monitor locker room operations on nights / weekends as necessary.
- Excellent guest service skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Project a professional company image through phone and in person interaction.
- Computer proficiency. Able to learn new programs
- This position is designated as onsite and requires the employee to be at the office site to complete the required tasks associated with the positon
