Community Medical Centers has been providing central California with the highest level of care available in the region. Community Regional Medical Center measures up with top hospitals nationally and is the 3rd largest in California! With 685 beds we are home to the only comprehensive Burn and Level I Trauma center between Los Angeles and Sacramento. The 56000 squarefoot emergency department is one of the largest and busiest in California! We have an 84bed Level III NICU and plan to significantly expand pediatric specialty care. Our hospital serves 2.5 million people within 9 counties averaging a daily census of 641 patients. Were affiliated with UCSF as a teaching facility; trained 3000 Medical Doctors to date plus continuous invests in research and training grants.

Responsibilities
As the Nursing Manager for our Leon S. Peters Burn Center you will have the opportunity to share your expertise with a team of 45 while directing supervising and evaluating patient care. You should be a knowledgeable problem solver with exceptional communication skills that pays meticulous attention to detail and collaborates with multiple departments and leaders within the organization.
This 10bed center is the only aroundtheclock Level I and ABA Verified Burn Center between Sacramento and LA. The range of care in this unit ranges from moderate to high acuity including pediatric and adult trauma patients mild scald burn and skin graft patients and more. As part of this collaborative team and through evidencebased practice you will be key to the continuum of care of Valley patients.
