Job Description
Duties and with preparing and conducting individual and team practices training and guidance and instruction from more senior coaches in general and specific coaching procedures methods and as directed with the oversight of athletic training strength and conditioning workouts; provides technical support and training to athletes as appropriate to the as specifically directed in the recruitment of studentathletes in accordance with NCAA in monitoring and supporting studentathletes in academic as appropriate in planning and arranging team as role model for good sportsmanship other related duties as Skills and Abilities RequiredKnowledge of applicable team or individual sports and playing competitive coaching skills in the area of sporting interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with to communicate effectively both orally and in of strengthening and conditioning methods and understand that our collective success depends on the robust exchange of ideasan exchange that is best when the rich diversity of our perspectives backgrounds and experiences flourishes.
