The Assisted Living Director is responsible for the overall direction coordination and evaluation of care and services provided to the tenants. The Assisted Living Director ensures quality care that is consistent with regulatory requirements and standards of care.
The Assisted Living Director will be responsible for leading and supervising Assisted Living employees while following the mission and vision of the facility. The Assisted Living Director will report to the Administrator of the campus.
Education & Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Leadership or management experience in a longterm care setting is preferred.
- RN nursing license preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Assisted Living Management Certification must be obtained within one year of taking the Assisted Living Director position.
