Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Janitor to join our team on a fulltime temporary basis. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients facilities. This role requires a detailoriented and selfmotivated individual who takes pride in their work and has a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping mopping dusting and vacuuming
Clean and disinfect restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
Empty trash and recycling bins
Clean and maintain common areas including break rooms and conference rooms
Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions or damages to supervisor
Follow all safety procedures and regulations while performing duties
Assist with setting up and breaking down for events or meetings as needed
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
Knowledge of cleaning products techniques and equipment
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent communication and time management skills
Must be able to lift to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
