Credit Control Lead Accounts Receivable
Salary Circa 42000
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Credit Control Lead to join our team. This is a great job for someone who is ready to take the lead in building strong broker relationships and shaping how we manage credit control. You might be stepping up into leadership or already have experience guiding teams through change. If youre confident with data great at solving problems and love bringing people together to get things donethis could be your next move.
A bit about the job:
Youll be the goto expert for a group of brokers helping us collect payments on time and resolve queries quickly. Working closely with offshore colleagues youll help shape a consistent approach to credit control. Youll also coach and support others making sure were always improving. This role is key to keeping our finances healthy and our relationships strong.
Skills and experience were looking for:
- Strong organisational and investigative skills
- Confident using Excel to analyse and manage data
- Great at building relationships and excellent communicatorwritten and verbal
- Able to work independently and support others in a fastpaced team
- Experience in credit control or financial operations (insurance knowledge is a bonus)

- Starting salary circa 42000 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
