Facilities Administrator



Our client a respected group of care homes dedicated to providing compassionate and highquality care is seeking a proactive and organised Facilities Administrator to support the smooth running of multiple care home environments. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and professional team that values respect integrity and continuous improvement.

As the Facilities Administrator you will play a key role in ensuring that all maintenance and refurbishment projects across the groups homes are completed efficiently safely and to a high standard. From liaising with contractors to keeping on top of compliance this is a dynamic and rewarding role for someone who thrives in a fastpaced deadlinedriven setting.

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a fastpaced highvolume deadlinedriven administrative role
  • Proven experience in negotiating with contractors and suppliers
  • Solid background in project administration
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A selfstarter with excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Must live within a 30minute commute of Sleaford

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance and refurbishment work across multiple care home locations
  • Ensure that maintenance issues are addressed promptly and efficiently
  • Support the compliance and safety of facilities by maintaining uptodate records
  • Oversee project administration helping to keep tasks on track and within budget
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors negotiating the best value for the service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations
  • Support the delivery of highquality living environments for residents and staff
