Our team is passionate about delivering smart scalable solutions to clients across Canada and were looking for a skilled and strategic General Manager (GM) to help turn our CEOs vision into reality.

This is a pivotal leadership role for a peoplefocused operator with a bias for action an eye for strategy and the confidence to lead through complexity.

The Role

The General Manager will act as the operational heartbeat of the companyturning vision into execution aligning teams around priorities and ensuring the business scales smoothly and sustainably. You dont need to be an IT expert but you must understand how a managed services business model works and how to optimize it.

Youll collaborate closely with the CEO field new ideas with a solutions mindset and help determine the right path forward that aligns with business goals. If youre a builder coach and integrator who thrives in highgrowth environmentsthis role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Execution: Translate the CEOs vision and ideas into actionable plans that align with company strategy and priorities.
  • Leadership & Coaching: Lead develop and mentor team leads and staff to build highperforming engaged teams as we scale.
  • Operational Oversight: Own daily operations ensuring alignment across departments (sales service delivery admin).
  • Financial & Business Acumen: Monitor key business metrics read and interpret financial statements (P&L) and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Project Management: Drive crossfunctional initiatives and strategic projects to support growth goals.
  • Communication & Alignment: Serve as a key bridge between the CEO and the teamtranslating vision into clear communication and motivating action.
  • Resource Planning: Forecast and plan resourcing needs as the team grows including hiring and capacity planning.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable systems tools and processes.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in a senior operations general manager or business leadership role (experience in highgrowth or founderled companies is a plus).
  • 5 years of strategic leadership experience; strong crossdepartment people leadership and coaching skills; ability to lead through change and ambiguity.
  • High level of business and financial acumenconfident interpreting P&Ls and making datainformed decisions. Ideally a degree in business or an adjacent field.
  • Track record of executing on strategic priorities and scaling operational systems. Experience with EOS is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solutionsoriented mindsetable to evaluate ideas quickly and offer strategic paths forward.
  • Familiarity with the managed IT services industry or servicebased B2B business models.
  • Passion for inperson interactions and believes in the value of inoffice work; we have a beautiful newly restored office space in historic Abbotsford BC.
