Job Description

THE POSITION:  

At our Memphis distribution center our employees play a critical role in getting lifesaving products out to hospitals clinics and nursing homes. Were open 24 hours a day 5 days a week because the needs of patients cant wait.   

The Facilities Maintenance Assistant I is responsible for the care and maintenance of the Memphis facility to ensure that it meets all regulatory safety and efficiency goals through the execution of all minor repairs and routine maintenance for the Memphis facility. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

  • Maintain equipment keeping down time to a minimum. 
  • Comply with all company provided Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) 
  • Operate a floor scrubber electric pallet jack forklifts and any other equipment needed to do the job. 
  • Manage cleanliness of facility. Ensuring that were ready for a client visit or audit at any time.  
  • Maintain all records pertaining to SOPs. 
  • Support team in maintaining security of the secured campus in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. 
  • All other duties as assigned

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Adherence to all manufacturing requirements including Current Good Distribution Practices (cGDP) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)  
  • Focus on safety at all times and comply with all safety requirements  
  • Follow all formal standard operating procedures (SOPs) that control the order fulfillment process in temperaturecontrolled areas  
  • Meet all shift requirements as assigned (timely uniform etc.)

MANDATED UNIFORM: khakicolored pants closetoed shoes and a business casual shirt. Leggings yoga pants or any formfitting stretch pants are not permitted. Shoes should be sturdy and provide full coverage ensuring no skin or socks are visible through the shoe material. Once the probationary period has concluded (60 days) employees receive an allotment to receive customized EVERSANA uniforms. 


Qualifications :

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Work experience in a fastpaced work environment  
  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED) from any accredited institution inside or outside of the US. 
  • 01 year of experience and/or training in minor electrical mechanical plumbing sheet rock repair. 
  • Strong verbal communication skills required  
  • Ability to follow instructions without deviation required 
  • Ability to work the required hours (expect 40hrs/week) in addition to overtime (as needed) 

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The physical and mental requirements along with the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. 

Warehouse: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Environmental demands include walking or standing at a minimum of 80% of the shift lifting up to 50 pounds and performing tasking in a busy environment. Bending squatting pivoting and stooping may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
