Job Description
Compass Government Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to provide services to Service Members (active duty reserve components and National Guard) Coast Guard Veterans and their families at The Psychological Health Center of Excellence (PHCoE). In preparation to bid on this contract we are seeking qualified candidates willing to be included in our proposal as interested and skilled individuals.
The DPM will directly support the Program Manager (PM) in all the areas described below and as delegated by the (PM).

Job Requirements:
- Serves as direct point of contact between Government and offsite Call Center
- The DPM shall be the single pointofcontact for communication with Government management and shall be responsible for the following:
- Establishment of the inTransition Programs policies and procedures
- Supervision of the all aspects of inTransition Program to include Call Center operations PHRC and inTransition Database.
- Monitoring analyzing and reporting with regards to contract performance
- Identification of areas for service improvement.
- Primary point of contact during emergency situations and
- Coordination with Government management regarding implementation operational and programmatic issues.
- Oversee the performance of all contract staff for the successful operation of all aspects of inTransition to include personnel and operations of offsite Call Center
Qualifications :
- Licensed Mental Health Professionals (social work psychology marriage and family therapy behavioral health counseling
- 3 years experience delivering facetoface health care and have demonstrated clinical experience in triage care management motivational interviewing and crisis counseling.
- Call Center personnel who provide support other than coaching should have healthcare experience (e.g. 12 years of experience with direct service delivery) and licensing credentials (e.g. RN) that are consistent with the outreach patient education and support missions of the inTransition program.
