Crunchy Logistics is unique because of its diverse team of experts in various fields including software development engineering digital media and audio/visual design.

We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. This sales representative will be focused on our interactive business line with Padzilla Sales Padzilla Rentals Touchscreen Sales Service Agreements and Software upgrades. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day working with channel partners generating interest qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead followup and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Develop partnerships with rental partners nationwide


Requirements

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of overachieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Zoho or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent


Benefits

This position has a base salary and strong commission potential. Benefits include target bonuses commissions on sales 401k with match Uber rides PTO FSA and Health Insurance.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EXPERIENCE: Experience in Audio Video hardware, software, network troubleshooting, basic to intermediate operating system functionality or equivalent training and/or education is necessary. Operating systems include: Windows, OS X, iOS & Android. This position also requires basic to intermediate functionality or equivalent training and/or education in Control Systems and Digital Signal Processing including but not limited to: Crestron Control Systems, QSC, BSS, and other Processing. Certifications held in any of the aforementioned systems will be highly regarded. COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Customer interactions must be handled with diplomacy and tact. Individual must be able to gauge the customer's technical abilty and communicate with them in appropriate technical or non-technical language in a non-condescending manner. DECISION MAKING/JUDGEMENT: This position involves projects and/or assignments requiring considerable decision-making authority regarding procedures, plans, and schedules. Although there are sometimes problem-solving guidelines for particular problems, there may be no existing procedures or instructions for those problems. The technician may be on their own in solving problems and determining satisfactory solutions. Ability to work independently and in a team setting is imperative.
