Job Description
We are seeing a Hospice RN Clinical Coordinator for an inoffice clinical/administrative position. The Hospice RN Clinical Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating daytoday clinical operations in collaboration with the Hospice Clinical Director to ensure timely delivery of patient care and to improve clinical/quality outcomes and patient satisfaction. The Clinical Coordinator also functions as a clinical resource and mentor for the Hospice nursing staff. The position serves as backup for our Clinical Director as needed. Occasional oncall may be required.
