Certs Required: ACLS BLS PALS TNCC ** CURRENT UNRESTRICTED COLORADO RN LICENSE REQUIRED** Patient Ratio: 1 to 5 Covid Vaccinations: required per State mandate Experience: Spine/Ortho Post Op Patient experience required emphasis on Med/Surg Housing: Possibility of sharing 2 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment**ABSOLUTELY NO PETS/NO SMOKING** COST: around$700/month (if available) / $350 w/ a roommate / $150 deposit housing informationis uploaded into our Medefis account under the facility group document section
