DETAILS ABOUT THIS POSITION:
- Hourly range:Step 120.14 Step 8 $28.33(Initial salary placement for this position is from Step 1 to Step 3 depending on the amount of reasonably related experience)
- Length of Work Year:MF /12 Months
- Location:DEC Purchasing
- Hours:7:00 AM 3:30 PM
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
One (1) year of experience operating a light or medium delivery vehicle.
Possession of a valid and appropriate California Drivers License
Methods used in shipping receiving postage mail and processing supplies and equipment.
- Physical aspects of storage of materials.
- Delivery vehicle operation and routine maintenance.
- Appropriate techniques for lifing and/or carrying supplies.
- Basic arithmetic and clerical skills.
- Safe work practices.
Have an acceptable driving record and qualify for insurability by the Districts insurance carrier; all applicable state and federal licensing requirements.
