We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives with a strong focus on special projects and new product development (NPD) commercialization. This role serves as a critical bridge between Product Management and Marketing ensuring alignment timely execution and impactful gotomarket strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead crossfunctional marketing projects from concept through execution ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Develop and manage commercialization plans for new product launches including messaging positioning and integrated marketing campaigns.
Collaborate closely with Product Management Sales Engineering and Creative teams to ensure cohesive and effective product introductions.
Drive project planning resource allocation and risk management for marketing initiatives.
Monitor and report on project performance KPIs and ROI making datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Manage external vendors and agencies as needed to support campaign execution.
Champion brand consistency and customercentric messaging across all deliverables.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the evolution of marketing best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus
5 years of experience in marketing project management preferably in industrial manufacturing or B2B environments
Proven track record of managing complex marketing projects and product launches
Strong understanding of gotomarket strategies product positioning and integrated marketing
Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced organization with multiple priorities
