Join our dynamic team as a Senior Customer Success Manager in Amazon Vendor Services where youll drive business growth for key vendors on Amazons retail platform. This role combines strategic partnership management datadriven decision making and operational excellence to enhance the vendor experience. Youll develop and execute business plans that optimize selection merchandising and operational efficiency while delivering measurable results for both vendors and customers. In this role youll analyze data to provide strategic insights develop joint business plans while ensuring exceptional operational standards. Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify growth opportunities optimize vendor performance and enhance the customer experience. Bilingual in Mandarin & English
Bachelors degree 4 years of vendor or client facing experience in Account Management Vendor Management and/or relevant experience in associated fields such as Buying Planning or Merchandising Data analysis experience including manipulating large datasets from complex systems and interpreting results Proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience in relationship management Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fastpaced environments Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills Time management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $154000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
