Role Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated Information Security Junior Associateto support and maintain our internal systems with a strong emphasis on information security compliance and automation using tools like Vanta. This role is ideal for someone early in their IS career who is eager to learn grow and contribute to a fastpaced technologydriven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the daytoday administration and troubleshooting of internal IT systems and software platforms
Assist in maintaining information security policies and compliance processes using Vanta
Monitor system performance and security alerts; support audit readiness and data collection
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve system workflows and user support
Document procedures system configurations and best practices
Assist with user access management onboarding and offboarding
Qualifications:
12 years of experience in Information Systems IT Support or related field
Handson experience with Vanta or similar security/compliance automation tools
Familiarity with SaaS applications cloudbased systems and endpoint management
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment
Preferred:
Exposure to frameworks like SOC 2 ISO 27001 or HIPAA
Experience with ticketing systems and basic scripting or automation
