Role Overview: We are seeking a Project Engineer Industrial Manufacturing with strong mechanical engineering expertise and proven project management experience to drive the successful planning and execution of technocommercial projects.
This role is based onsite at a stateoftheart manufacturing facility and will play a key role in overseeing endtoend technical project delivery while ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple technical projects through all stages: initiation planning execution and completion
- Develop detailed project plans budgets and resource schedules
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for new processes and equipment
- Prepare technical specifications and comprehensive documentation
- Oversee procurement activities vendor selection and contract management
- Supervise the installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards safety protocols and industry regulations
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives based on data insights
- Promote a culture of health safety and cleanliness in line with OSHA standards
MUSTHAVE Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 56 years of recent experience leading technocommercial projects
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Experience using ERP systems and project management software
- Proven ability to manage budgets timelines and crossfunctional teams
- Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent problemsolving communication and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
NiceToHave Skills:
- Experience in industrial manufacturing or heavy machinery environments
- Project Management certification (PMP CAPM)
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
