Are you a proven Food Safety & Quality leader ready to make a meaningful impact in a fastgrowing highperformance food manufacturing environment Archer Meat Snacks the #1 jerky brand in the Natural and Specialty Channel is looking for an experienced and driven Sr. FSQA Manager to lead and elevate our food safety and quality programs in Vernon CA. With a competitive pay range of $110000 to $135000 this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fastpaced manufacturing setting.
In this critical role youll take ownership of building and managing bestinclass FSQA systems while collaborating with crossfunctional teams including R&D Operations Sales Marketing and thirdparty partners to ensure we consistently deliver safe highquality products that meet regulatory customer and certification standards.
Youll also serve as the SQF Practitioner and HACCP Coordinator leading audits training teams analyzing data and driving continuous improvement. Your leadership will directly influence the success of our quality culture and product excellence as we continue to expand.
What Youll Bring:
- A Bachelors degree in Food Science Microbiology or a related field.
- 8 years of FSQA leadership experience in USDA/FDAregulated food or beverage facilities (meat processing experience preferred).
- Handson expertise in HACCP FDA FSMA SQF/BRC Allergen Management and thirdparty certification programs.
- A proven track record of collaborating with regulatory agencies and internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues and strengthen compliance.
- Current HACCP and/or FSMA PCQI certifications.
