Role overview & responsibilities
Reporting to the Plant Manager the Warehouse Administrative Manageris responsible for the onsite support of operations administration. They work closely with the onsite management team Corporate Operations and Human Resources to ensure compliance in system administration that will include labor management reporting inventory traffic control and material planning.
- Manages shipping receiving and inventory controls of materials.
- Oversees all inbound outbound and internal logistics.
- Maintains and reports customer materials inventories.
- Partners with onsite management team to ensure highest level of customer service.
- Ensures timely and accurate reporting of operations and administrative data.
- Assists in the administration of onsite HR principles processes and practices include recruiting staffing orientation timekeeping attendance reporting performance management and scheduling.
What youll need
- 3 years of experience in business operations or HR administration.
- Associate degree (2year college or technical school) preferred.
