Data Analytics & ReportingWe are seeking a resultsdriven Data & Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts in delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decisionmaking. You will be responsible for managing key performance metrics overseeing data projects and partnering with business leaders to uncover growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and automation of business performance reporting and analytics
- Translate data into insights that inform strategy and operations
- Mentor a team of analysts promoting best practices in data analysis
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align on KPIs and data priorities
- Ensure data accuracy governance and accessibility
Qualifications:
- 5 years in an analytics role at a financial institution working directly with business leaders finance and strategy teams and executives.
- At least 2 years directly managing a team of analysts.
- Proven ability to lead develop and inspire highperforming analytics teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills but prefer to use SQL Python and Power BI for data manipulation analysis and visualization
Salary:
$87000.00 $161400.00Pay Type:
SalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Groups pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Groups total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performancebased incentives discretionary bonuses as well as other perks and rewards.
