CNA Caregiver Position

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will provide essential handson care and support to patients with daily living tasks and basic health needs. This role is vital in maintaining patient comfort safety and dignity while working under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing grooming toileting and feeding.

• Turn reposition and transfer patients safely to prevent bedsores and promote comfort.

• Take and record vital signs including temperature blood pressure pulse and respiration rates.

• Observe and report changes in patients physical mental or emotional condition to nursing staff.

• Help patients ambulate and use mobility aids as needed.

• Maintain a clean organized and safe patient environment.

• Document care provided and maintain accurate records per facility policy.

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.

• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• CPR certification required.

• Previous experience as a CNAor caregiver is a plus.

• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license are required.

• Ability to lift turn and transfer clients safely.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
