Print Shop Assistant PartTime
Brophy College Preparatory Arizonas only Catholic Jesuit high school seeks a parttime versatile Print Shop Assistant to join its 11month staff.
Job Title: Print Shop Assistant
Position Reports to: Print Shop Manager
Classification: Nonexempt hourly
Job Status: Part Time (20 hours/week) 11months AugustJune with potential for flexible hours in July if needed
Benefits: Not eligible for benefits given parttime schedule
Hourly Pay Range: $15$16/hour depending on experience
Start Date: June 2 2025

The person in this role working under the direction of the Print Shop Manager approximately 20 hours per week will support Brophys faculty staff and administration with daily operations of the schools large state of the art printers and copy machines in a 1000 square foot bustling facility that produces nearly 1 million prints each year. The work includes academic copying printing scanning and production needs from business cards and stationery to promotional posters event programs and graduation announcements.

Compensation is competitive to market and commensurate with experience. Parttime positions are not eligible for benefits including no tuition benefits or discounts for dependents.

Qualifications
- A customer service mentality and ability to work well with a variety of people projects and timesensitive deadlines
- We will train this person to operate our professionalgrade copy machines printers and finishing equipment therefore a demonstrated ability to learn and a comfort level with new digital and mechanical equipment is desired
- Experience and comfort with applications such as Microsoft Word Google Docs Google Drive and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with basic design applications is preferred
- Proactive problemsolving and time management skills
- Openness to learning new processes and equipment
- This role requires occasional lifting of up to 4050 pounds
- Morning availability is preferred
