As a Customer Service Representative youll be the first point of contact for our customersanswering calls assisting with questions taking sales inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience. In addition to general customer service responsibilities this role is specifically responsible for accounts receivable (AR) tasks. Youll thrive here if youre confident on the phone willing to learn and taskoriented.
In addition to your hourly rate we provide monthly incentive programs!
*We are on a 4day work week! Must be available to work 7am to 6pm 4 days a week Monday Saturday on a rotating schedule.*
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls with a positive and professional attitude
- Provide friendly helpful customer support and problem resolution
- Handle incoming sales calls and follow provided scripts accurately
- Manage accounts receivable: send reminders follow up on late payments maintain AR records and provide reports to your direct supervisor
- Work on various projects as assigned (administrative tasks special campaigns etc.)
- Accurately update and manage customer information in our CRM system (FieldRoutes)
- Utilize Google Workspace tools (Gmail Docs Sheets etc.) effectively
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent service delivery
- Previous experience in customer service sales or AR preferred
- Confident clear and friendly communication skillsespecially on the phone
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems (FieldRoutes experience is a plus!)
- Comfortable using Google Workspace is a plus (Docs Sheets Gmail Calendar etc.)
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A positive cando attitude and a team player mentality
