Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruit hire schedule and supervise Game Day Crew studentworkers
• Monitor and approve studentworker timecards
• Coordinate communication of game day information with visiting teams as assigned
• Serve as the onsite administrator for a percentage of home events including game day setup supervision of game day staff and crowd management
• Oversee and manage ticketing operations for all sports
• Oversee and manage concession operations for all sports including inventory management
• Other projects and/or duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.

Education

• Bachelors degree and acceptance into an IWU masters program is required for the Graduate Assistant role
