Scheduling & Routing Administrative Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming / outgoing calls for Fire Equipment
- Scheduling of daily routes for assigned technicians and dispatch service calls
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfactory solutions
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
- Additional tasks as needed to assist the department
- OnCall rotation option once fully trained can participate in oncall program for additional hours
Job Requirements:
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills required to work with customers technicians sales personnel and managers
- Must be able to multitask & have multiple priorities
- Computer Literate Typing 40 wpm minimum. Accuracy is essential.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook Word and Excel primarily)
- Google Maps ability to pull directions
- Scheduling history
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Consistent and dependable attendance
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive Attitude
- Knowledge of Chicagoland area
Other Qualifications:
- Physical requirements: ability to sit or stand for several hours at a time; move about the office with ease; ability to kneel bend squat and balance; and lift or move up to 20pounds
- Requires reliable sight hearing verbal communication and touch

Education
Required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
