As a Sales Manager2 Channel youre tasks may include but are not limited to the following: Managing Solution Providers and a sales team of Channel Managers. Responsible for sales forecasts and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead mentor and develop sales team to achieve financial and sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Formulate and implement highlevel sales strategies and execute senior leaderships strategic direction.
  • Performance and Problem Solving: Monitor performance analyze complex data and resolve issues to meet objectives.
  • Multifunctional and Geographic Management: Oversee sales service and technical teams within a defined geographic region.
  • Operational Oversight and Compliance: Ensure effective operations set and attain budgets schedules and performance standards.

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered

Our Sales Manager2 Channel earn between $122000 $196100 $68000 in commissions with a total target compensation of $$264100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 8 years of related sales experience.

Requirement:

  • Valid Drivers License: Must have a valid drivers license with a satisfactory driving record current auto insurance and a reliable vehicle to meet the transportation needs of the market.

  • Oversees entry to seniorlevel sales employees responsible for executing sales plans assigning tasks and adherence to company policies.

  • Utilizes strong product and pricing knowledge exercises judgment and resolves complex problems.
  • Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring firing disciplinary action and promotional activity for subordinates.
