Were building the AI layer for Americas 33M SMBs. Our growth is explosive. 10x last year 20% MoM raised $3M seed from Pear a few months ago 300 businesses using us today (1000 by yearend). Weve discovered a completely overlooked path to dominate this SMB market while everyone else is fighting over enterprise deals.

While conventional wisdom says SMBs are challenging (low contract values high churn) weve discovered unique growth opportunities where others werent looking. SMBs represent half of US GDP and need AI solutions as much as enterprises do. Were making that possible.
Our early traction proves the model works now we need the right product leader to help us scale. We started with AI receptionists and quickly expanded into something far more powerful. Our platform is the SMB Customer Revenue Engine AI agents handling all conversations an intelligence layer learning from every interaction and outbound AI driving real revenue growth. Our vision is bold: to become the SMB super appa single intelligent platform that manages everything for SMBs from customer acquisition to retention.
What Youll Do
Youll be our first growth hirea true founding team member who treats growth like product. Youll move fast test constantly and figure out what breaks us out of the noise.
In your first 90 days youll:
Take control of a sixfigure ad budget and deploy it across Google Meta and TikTok
Launch 3 highvelocity paid experiments
Build a content engine: weekly blog posts shortform videos and repurposed UGC
Set up our attribution stack (GA4 Hubspot Mixpanel)
Ship a live dashboard tracking CAC ROI and funnel dropoffs
Within 6 months youll:
2x our weekly qualified demos
Find breakout channelsand double down
Boost homepage conversion by 30% through sharp messaging and A/B testing
By 12 months youll:
Build a lean growth pod (content video paid specialists)
Design and launch a selfreinforcing referral or reseller loop
Own a repeatable inbound engine that drives pipeline at scale

Website messaging and landing page experiments
Reseller sales enablement (pages scripts case studies)
Email lifecycle nurture flows
Pixel repixel strategies
AIenhanced content (e.g. SEO automation synthetic video)
Who We Want
25 years in growth marketing with proven results in SaaS or SMB tools
Deep experience with paid search paid social and SEO
Comfortable running highvelocity experiments across many channels
Obsessive about measurement and ROI
Can write compelling copy and understand why it converts
Strong communicator who plays well with eng product and founders
Based in NYC and able to work in person
Bonus qualifications:
Experience with AI/ML products
Background in SMB software (companies like Square Shopify HubSpot)
Technical background that helps bridge product and engineering

Our Team Youll join the founder (exMeta) and product lead (exMicrosoft) in New York as one of the first on the groundwith plans to grow this hub to five in NYC in the next quarter. Its early highimpact and youll help shape the future of the team.
The rest of the company12 people across engineering and customer successis remote. Product and growth all run through NYC.
Were located in the NYC and backed by leading investors like Pear Ventures who were also the first checks into Doordash and Gusto.
