Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Junior Django Developer to join our team. In this role you will work alongside senior developers to design develop and maintain web applications using Django and other modern technologies. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.12month fulltime position 40hour work week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design development and maintenance of Djangobased web applications.
- Write clean reusable and welldocumented code.
- Collaborate with other developers to improve existing products.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
- Assist with testing debugging and optimizing application performance.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of Python and Django framework.
- Familiarity with HTML CSS JavaScript and frontend integration.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server).
- Knowledge of Git version control.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow project timelines.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to RESTful API development.
- Familiarity with Django admin customization.
- Basic understanding of Docker.
- Personal or academic projects using Django.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
