What the heck is On Call Please dont confuse this with beck and call. On Call status at ICF is like fancy freelancing. Well set you up with a laptop and all the software and connect you with the team. The big plus is that the hours are flexible for you and for ICF we look at our needs and yours and come up with a plan sometimes it might be just a few hours a week sometimes 30 depends on the projects your schedule and so on. An On Call position has the potential to transition into fulltime employment.
What makes this job awesome:
- Lead and design a wide variety of creative work including branding campaigns advertising campaigns and highvisibility websites.
- Work with project managers from across the company to identify creative approaches and consult with clients to find the best solution that is on message and brings fresh thinkingto the projects.
- Collaborate with a large team to ensure content works toward changing behavior.
- Mentor and foster development of junior members of the creative team.
What makes you awesome:
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently but keep senior creative team leaders updated and have work reviewed.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to succinctly and effectively present creative to clients.
- Highly organized with strong workload prioritization and management.
The musthaves:
- Bachelors degree (preferably in graphic design or a related field)
- 10 years of advertising and design experience
- A portfolio that showcases the variety of projects youve contributed to
The nicetohaves:
- Skill working with web development teams and directing the design process while understanding the technology and frontend development.
- Uptodate with current trends in web design web tools and social media integration.
- Ability to conceptualize large campaigns.
- Proven creative success in collaborating with multifunctional teams.
- Ai capable you lean into emerging applications and apply them to your creative toolbox
- Experience in energy sector specifically in power production/distribution
