This position welcomes people to the counseling department supervisesvisitors in the Counseling waiting area and is the first line of phone and email communication for the department. They coordinate visits withvarious programs including military gap year semester school etc. and manage the online college visit calendar. They maintain postings for jobs scholarships and summer programs andsupport the registrar in sending receiving and organizing student records. They support the Counseling department coordinator in managing registrations and materials for standardized testing and help them prepare materials for department events. They attend staff and department meetings within the work day and are a full member of the Counseling team. No previous experience or certification required.
Position starts August 2025 open until filled.
This position is governed by theHSS/NEANH Union Agreement.
