Job Description

NFL Media is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator. Working primarily with the broadcast and media operations groups for NFL Media this position will be responsible for supporting both operational goals and tactical initiatives that shape our culture engage our employees and drive organizational results. This individual will provide ongoing administrative support to the HR team including for seasonal workforce assisting to develop and implement various HR initiatives and acting as a trusted resource for HRrelated matters. Additionally the individual will be able to make recommendations and develop strategies in alignment with the Companys vision

Responsibilities

  • Provide daytoday human resources services in the areas of policy interpretation onboarding training payroll performance management employee relations and recognition.
  • Support the implementation of all key companywide HR initiatives and life cycle activities for the client group; e.g. learning programs compensation planning performance management and talent planning for client groups.
  • Serve as the campus ICO (Infection Control Officer) and manage all COVID related matters.
  • Respond to employee inquiries questions and concerns.
  • Assist with resource planning initiatives headcount tracking seasonal staffing offboarding HR reporting analyses and audit requests for seasonal workforce.
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of human resources programs and processes
  • Help facilitate sitewide events such as benefits fairs volunteer efforts and team celebrations
  • Maintain standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents
  • Handle daytoday HR Business Partner support and processes to include employee data changes creation of job requisitions training support and answering HR questions for clients
  • Analyze interpret and make recommendations to HRBPs on Exit Survey.
  • Other special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • 1 year(s) of progressive experience working in Human Resources
  • Understanding of and experience with core aspects of Human Resource Management (staffing; onboarding; data analysis; offboarding)
  • Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items
  • Must possess a consultative style and authentic approach with proven ability to develop credible relationships
  • Strong analytical problemsolving and project/program management skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Exercise a high degree of professionalism and diplomacy in interactions with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent follow through skills and the ability to anticipate and address business needs proactively
  • Possess strong work ethic; selfmotivated with a desire to take initiative and look for ways to improve processes and create efficiencies
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills in managing through multiple priorities with overlapping tasks across multiple businesses
  • Highly adaptable to a fluid and everchanging work environment
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within entertainment or sports industry preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle
  • Experience with Greenhouse
  • Experience with Qualtrics

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

  • NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week.
  • Occasional weekend work during peak game season.

The individual selected for this role will be an employee of that thirdparty agency and not the NFL. All compensation benefits and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the agency. The assignment to provide services to the NFL will be limited in duration but may be extended for an additional period by agreement between the NFL and the agency.

Salary / Pay Range

This job posting contains a pay range which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes in good faith at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified. The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances where an external candidate has experience credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.

Salary
