Job Description

Service Advisor

Westlie Motor Company the locally owned Ford Dealership has served Minot for over 100 years. We are always looking for bright motivated and energetic professionals to add to our worldclass Service Team. Our dealership strives to offer Total Customer Satisfaction. If you feel that your skills would be an asset then we want to talk to you!

Pay: $60000 $110000

Shift: Monday through Friday and one Saturday a month till 1:00.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee service orders and ensure customers receive prompt courteous and effective service
  • Provide support for all customer inquiries phone or in person to assure the customer does not get mishandled
  • Answer technical questions about vehicle problems warranties services and repairs using accurate data entry
  • Maintain Customer Service scores at or above company standards
  • Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards
  • Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) customers andemployees

Qualifications

Do you offer excellent Customer Service Do you have exceptional time management and communication skills Are you organized and professional Are you Team oriented and selfmotivated Must have a valid drivers license.
