MTM Transit in partnership with RideSource is looking for Part Time CDL Drivers to join our team in Eugene Oregon. We currently have training classes that start every other week!
Location: 240 Garfield Street in Eugene OR

What youll need:
Experience Education & Certifications:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must possess a valid Oregon Class C CDL with passenger endorsement or ability to obtain within 3 months of start
Must have a minimum of 5 years driving history
No DWI/DUI charges in the last 5 years
No moving violations or at fault accidents in the last 3 years
Must pass criminal background check investigation National FBI fingerprinting check & Motor Vehicle record check
Must be able to pass DOT physical and preemployment drug/alcohol screening
Valid authorization to work in the United States
Must provide a resume with a minimum of 10 years work history
Skills:
Ability to use a tablet GPS twoway radio or other electronicdevice
Ability to maintain high level ofconfidentiality
Ability to communicate with others and comprehendinstructions
Ability to understand highway traffic signs signals maps manifests andschedules
Ability to obtain knowledge of FTA ADA and DOTregulations
Familiarity with the main roadways and major highways in the servicearea
What Youll Do:
Provide safe and reliabletransportation
Demonstrateexcellentdefensivedrivingskills
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and externalstakeholders
Must assist with passenger loading and unloading fromvehicle
Must assist with any mobility device and securement as required for safetyprotocols
Ensure the ontime pickup and drop off of thecustomer
Demonstrates understanding and sensitivity to the needs of older adults and individuals withdisabilities
Complete thorough vehicle pretrip posttrip and DVI inspections asrequired
Complete paperwork asrequired
Utilize tablets or electronic devices asrequired
