We are seeking a highly motivatedCustomer Success Manager to drive client satisfaction retention and growth of SMB clients using our payment & workforce management solutions to scale their business globally. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fastpaced multitasked highenergy environment with experience preferably coming from Fintech/SaaS. The Customer Success Manager shouldpossess highlevel organizational skills and business development acumen to drive engagement with respective stakeholders.

In accordance with New York City Law below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on but not limited to: experience education professional licenses location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance disability insurance life insurance 401k plan paidtime off and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary yearend bonus.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $95000 $110000.
