The Opportunity
Were looking for an experienced and missiondriven Sales Leader to grow referral partnerships expand our market presence and build highperforming sales teams across our regions. This role is about more than just numbersits about building relationships that ensure families get the care they need when they need it most.

What Youll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive census growth across home care and hospice service lines.
- Identify and grow referral networks with hospitals physicians skilled nursing facilities discharge planners and community partners.
- Lead mentor and grow a team of Sales Liaisons and Community Outreach Coordinators.
- Analyze territory performance data to improve conversion rates referral quality and market penetration.
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to align growth strategies with exceptional care delivery.
- Represent Halcyon Home at industry events conferences and community initiatives to elevate our brand and mission.

- 5 years of successful healthcare sales experience with at least 2 years in home care hospice or postacute services.
- Proven leadership experience managing sales teams in multisite or regional operations.
- Deep understanding of healthcare referral patterns compliance requirements and patient/family dynamics.
- A relationshipfirst mindset with the ability to build trust and value across diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical communication and organizational skills.
- Empathy integrity and a genuine passion for patientcentered care.
