Summary of Position
Responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient daily operations of the waterpark working closely with the Waterpark Manager and leadership team to ensure the delivery of safe efficient and highquality aquatic services and experiences. This position is responsible for assisting in the supervision of aquatic staff maintenance of waterpark facilities and implementation of operational protocols.

Duties and Responsibilities
Operational Support:
Assist the Waterpark Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the waterpark to ensure smooth and safe functioning.
Safety:
Promote a culture of safety cleanliness and high service standards by participating in routine inspections and ensuring readiness for audits and inspections.
Assist in maintaining required documentation operating procedures and signage related to waterpark safety and compliance
Staff Management:
Other Duties:
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Waterpark Managers/Directors.
