Greystones Group has an opportunity for a Leadership Development Coach to support the Navys Integrated Project Team Development (IPTD) program. This initiative is focused on enhancing the professional development of personnel and ensuring successful project completions within the Navy. In this role you will facilitate conversation and deliver impactful teambuilding activities that strengthen collaboration morale and problemsolving capabilities within project teams contributing to the Navys mission readiness and operational excellence. By fostering highperforming teams you will contribute to the successful completion of ship maintenance projects critical to national defense.

Onsite in Bremerton WA. Some remote work may be allowed.

Travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the IPTD program leadership to align activities with Navy objectives and team development goals.
  • Plan coordinate and lead teambuilding activities for Project Teams.
  • Create an engaging and inclusive environment for open communication trust and mutual respect to be built among team members.
  • Facilitate discussions to address team dynamics resolve conflicts and build cohesion.
  • Coordinate logistics for team building events including venue selection scheduling and resource management and ensure that activities are conducted during official time periods and meet NAVSEA guidelines.
  • Identify and nurture leadership potential within teams through targeted activities.
  • Encourage creativity confidence and innovative thinking to solve complex challenges.
  • Guide teams in identifying and leveraging individual and collective strengths.
  • Assess the effectiveness of teambuilding events through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Provide reports and recommendations to NAVSEA leadership for continuous improvement and document lessons learned and best practices for future initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • An Active Secret clearance
  • A Bachelors Degree in organizational development leadership psychology or a related field
  • 5 years of experience (Experience in facilitating teambuilding leadership development or organizational training programs highly preferred)
  • Familiarity with Navy operations ship maintenance processes or similar military environments.
  • Exceptional facilitation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to create inclusive environments and mediate group dynamics effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using teambuilding tools techniques and methodologies.
  • Certification in facilitation coaching or leadership development (e.g. ICF Gallup or similar programs).
  • Knowledge of NAVSEAs mission operations and team structures.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs tailored to diverse audiences.
