Your Role & Responsibilities
- Be the Leader Spearhead the practices growth and brand transformation.
- Comprehensive Adult Dentistry Comfortable with endodontics (anterior premolars maxillary and mandibular molars) extractions (simple and surgical) and adult treatment plans.
- Collaborate with CDPs Marketing Team Drive patient growth and retention as we shift to an adultfocused model.
- Deliver Exceptional Care Prioritize patient experience and highquality outcomes.

Current Patient Demographics: 18 (Growing Focus) 1217 (20%) 011 (64%)
Current Schedule: TuesdaySaturday (With Potential to Transition to MondayFriday!)
