Job Description
Bizzell US is seeking an experienced Salesforce Admin/Developer to support FOHs OneView platform which is built on Salesforce Service Cloud. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining platform stability developing automated workflows and delivering Agile enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration
- Serve as the primary administrator for OneView ensuring uptime performance and platform stability.
- Manage user roles profiles permissions security settings and object configurations.
- Maintain data integrity and cleanliness through validation rules automation and scheduled jobs.
Workflow Development & Enhancements
- Develop and maintain Salesforce workflows flows process builders and approval processes.
- Build and refine custom objects page layouts and Lightning components as needed.
- Implement Agile feature enhancements and resolve backlog items in biweekly sprints.
Integration & Support
- Coordinate with developers and analysts to support OneViews integration with other FOH systems (e.g. Power BI SharePoint Power Automate).
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and enhancement requests raised by endusers or stakeholders.
Documentation & Governance
- Maintain thorough documentation of all system configurations workflows and data models.
- Ensure compliance with federal IT standards FOH policy and data governance best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science or related field.
- 3 years of experience with Salesforce administration and development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud Flow Builder Apex triggers and Lightning components.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and sprintbased delivery models.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certification.
- Experience with public sector Salesforce deployments or working with HHS/CMS/NIH clients.
- Familiarity with FedRAMP security frameworks and federal records management.
Work Environment
- Hybrid work model with some onsite presence in Rockville MD.
- Must be available during core government business hours (7 AM 6 PM EST).
