Experience:
12 years building and grounds maintenance experience and HVAC experience preferred but not required
Great customer services skills
Excellent problemsolving skills
Experience in a residential community (Preferred)
Flexible scheduling weekdays/weekends holidays etc. and response to afterhour emergency calls
HVAC and Pool Certification is a Plus (Preferred)
Job Duties:
Daily property inspections & reporting of any/all service issues to supervisor.
Perform basic mechanical electrical and building Vendor scheduling and monitoring
Maintenance of common areas maintaining Work Order database
Keep property/flower beds/parking areas/common areas free of all debris and trash.
Perform minor repairs touch up painting and minor irrigation repairs.
Identify and report any safety issues to management.
Qualifications:
Position involves standing and movement throughout the day. Must be able to transport oneself around the property.
Position will alternate between working indoors in controlled climate and proper lighting to an outdoor
setting with variable climate and lighting.
Must be able to lift heavy load utilizing safe work methods.
Able to lift 75 pounds or more.
Valid state drivers license.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 year maintenance experience.
